We always suggest at least one initial meeting with our one of our therapists before committing to anything ongoing. You can choose to meet a psychotherapist in Central London, Worthing or Seaford. This will give you a chance to come and meet us, dip your toes in the water, experience how sessions feel. We can then decide if we are the right people to help you at this time. If we decide to go ahead then we would agree together on a time and day of the week for your sessions. These would be once weekly and always at the same time. Each session lasts around 1 hour and the therapy would be open-ended until the person feels more able to go it alone. You can attend sessions in Marylebone, Worthing or Seaford as suits your diary, since our therapists work in all locations.
