Psychotherapist in Central London, Worthing & Seaford

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process. Our Psychotherapist’s approach is warm, relational and non-judgemental, but we do not simply offer advice or reassurance.

There’s no how-to manual, no agenda, no formula… and no homework. Instead, as a Psychotherapist, our aim is to help you think differently about yourself and your relationships.

You can talk to our Psychotherapists in Marylebone, Central London, Seaford in East Sussex or Worthing in West Sussex. You can talk about whatever is on your mind. What is currently going on in your life, your relationships past and present, your dreams, memories, childhood… anything at all.

Together we can think about how events in your past might be influencing your life today. Becoming conscious of these links between past and present can enable you to make more informed choices about your future.

Psychotherapy can be challenging, requiring a commitment to face up to and work through difficult feelings. But it can also be enormously rewarding and enriching as you come gradually to self-understanding. Sometimes we hardly know ourselves at all.

We believe that within the safety of the therapeutic relationship, real and lasting change can take place. And with self-understanding can come personal growth and increased inner confidence.

Get in touch with our Psychotherapists

Please do send us an email or contact us by phone and let us know the best time to contact you. We always suggest at least one initial meeting with our one of our therapists before committing to anything ongoing. You can choose to meet a psychotherapist in Central London, Worthing or Seaford. This will give you a chance to come and meet us, dip your toes in the water, experience how sessions feel. We can then decide if we are the right people to help you at this time. Choosing the right Psychotherapist, i.e. one that you feel you can trust and work with, is important. Read what some of our clients say about our service.

If we decide to go ahead then we would agree together on a time and day of the week for your sessions. These would be once weekly and always at the same time. Each session lasts around 1 hour and the therapy would be open-ended until the person feels more able to go it alone. You can attend sessions in Marylebone, Worthing or Seaford as suits your diary, since our therapists work in all locations.

Although sometimes it can feel quite hard to make that initial contact, it is a positive step to ask for help. We would welcome hearing from you and setting up an initial consultation. We will respond promptly, sensitively and in confidence.
